Job Description:
- Welcomes patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone office; answering or referring inquiries.
- The medical assistant prepares patients for the health care visit by directing and/or accompanying them to the examining room;
- Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; reviewing and/or recording medical history; medications; taking vital signs; confirming purpose of visit or treatment.
- taking electrocardiograms. EHR experience.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping patient care information confidential
- Preparing Charts for upcoming appts making sure all revelent documents are readily available to the providers
- Must be a team player
- Communicates effectively with providers and staff
- Travel between Starke and East Palataka locations
- Referrals and scheduling patients
- Authorizations
- Able to handle heavy patient load
- May require Travel to cover at times to other locations

As an Electrophysiologist, he uses advanced techniques to identify areas of the heart that cause irregular rhythms and then guide electrode catheters to these areas to treat or correct them. Dr. Ibrahim is also certified to diagnose and treat general cardiac diseases.
